About Medstar Medical Transport

Eben Whiting, an Arizona native, joined the Medstar Medical Transportation team as Executive Director in March 2026. Before stepping into his role with our Phoenix-based team, Eben completed the CEO-in-Training (CIT) program through Quorum Services and gained valuable hands-on experience during his year in Dallas, Texas, where he helped grow Maverick Medical Transportation into a successful 24/7 NEMT provider specializing in both non-medical and behavioral health transport.

Eben holds a degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and has built his career on a strong foundation of business operations and leadership. As a former franchise owner, he gained extensive experience in inventory management, business operations, recruitment, and financial oversight. Earlier in his career, Eben also served in customer support and project management roles, where he further developed his strengths in leadership, customer relations, and strategic operations—skills he is eager to apply in his Executive Director role at Medstar.

In his spare time, Eben enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching college football, and exploring the local food scene.
